Ideal Background Preferably:

- You must be a rock star technologist who has passion for technology, a problem solver and a computer science champ. If you have a touch of mathematics, that would be huge plus.

- You must have excellent understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.

- Must have entrepreneurial spirit.

- MUST have an engineering degree (although not necessarily), preferably from a premier institute.

- Must have experience in web app development technologies.

- Significant development and delivery experience in leading large projects and teams.

- Hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks and mobile application development.

Ideal Background Must :- You should know how to code for website and mobile application

Job Description Preferably: -

We want to hire smart people, not to tell them what to do; but so that they can tell us what to do. We need a maverick developer for our website and app. You say no to most features and always bring data

to an argument. You should have experience and expertise to lead end to end product design, development, and implementation (web, mobile browser, smartphone apps) based on strategic priorities,

industry experience, customer feedback, and analytics.

Job Requirements Preferably:-

- Senior full-stack developer with 5+ years of experience in architecture design, product development, databases and UI/UX in consumer facing applications.

- Bs/MS Computer Science degree from IIT/BITS Pilani/VJTI/Ivy League or other similarly reputed institutes

- Proficient in PHP, Javascript, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, XML (Impact Guru is currently build on CodeIgniter)

- Good knowledge of frameworks and platforms and CMS systems eg. AngularJs, Android SDK, iOS SDK, REST API, Agile, NoSQL technologies, etc.

- Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams

- Excellent recruiter to manage a team of 2-3 developers / designers / testers (over time)

Job Requirements Must :- Doesn- t matter if you are an engineer or just an iconoclast teen the only thing matters is your 100% commitment and ability to code.
