Co-Founder/CTO - Ed-Tech Venture

- The founder is an IIM Ahmadabad alumni with extensive experience in diverse sectors such as agri business, logistics and education. He has already worked up in two start ups and had helped them scale.

- The product is in an ideation stage and currently bootstrapped, and hence this is an equity based role only. You can have the flexibility of working part-time during the pilot phase.

- Self-Starter, results driven and someone who can take end to end responsibility of creating a world class product.

- Resourceful and Well Organized

- Someone who has medium term experience in leading a product and software team and can eventually serve as CTO and over time take leadership of technology team.

- Someone with a belief system that individualized learning through technology can change learning outcomes and can replace the traditional coaching class.

- This will be a leadership Position where you will be drawing the technology road-map for the company. You will be a core member of the founding team and the lead on all the technical aspects of the venture.

- As CTO, you will be directly responsible for setting and executing the Company's overall technology strategy and implementation. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture, design and delivery as per agreed timelines.

- Technical documentation skills are very important.

- Knowledge of web services, software development and technology architecture design & implementation.

- Should be able to build a strong team, guide and motivate them

Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience as a full stack web developer.

- Proficient in building scalable web applications - Both Front-end and back-end technologies

- Expert in the technology of choice - HTML5, Node, PHP, ROR, Python etc

- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors.

- Proficient in client side scripting technologies - Angular, jQuery etc.

- Expertise in managing scalability through caching technologies (redis etc) and performance optimizations.

- Ability to design and implement hybrid mobile apps.
