Responsibilities:
- Establish the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development.
- Collaborate with other co-founders to set the strategic direction and drive the development of the company's products and services.
- Oversee all system design and architecture while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Build robust software solutions to ensure product scalability, stability, and performance.
- Apply extensive knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) frameworks to solve complex Talent Acquisition problems
- Manage resource allocation effectively, including external vendors and consultants, to ensure project and operational stability
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with full-stack development, including Python, Django, React.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Demonstrated experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) frameworks.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the company in external forums.
- Knowledge of the HRTech landscape and experience in developing HRTech products is a plus.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
