You are ambitious, and talented and want to build a leading brand for Indian Households and Kitchen products. Do you want to steer a company and have backing from some of Europe's top DTC founders from the very start? Then this is the right place for you.

You will be working closely with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs in the DTC vertical with a track record of launching and scaling DTC brands in the Beauty, Home, and Food vertical. Over the past few years, we have co-founded some of the most iconic social media-driven consumer brands in Western Europe.

You will:

- Plan and execute the business strategy and focusing on profitable growth

- Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability

- Hire a cross-functional team

- Oversee the product development

- Drive our marketplace and webshop strategy

- Work closely together with the co-founder and board members

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startups; 5+ years of working in the e-commerce domain

- Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a relevant area from a top university

- Proven leadership skills

- Hands-on and results-oriented approach

- Strong analytical capabilities

- Availability to start within the next 3 months
