1. To strategies, develop, own, enhance and manage collections and payments part of UPI suite to be offered to corporate clients. Drive customer acquisition via bank teams/ channels and via partnerships and manage end-to-end customer life cycle on the payments and collection products.
2. Managing P&L, product performance, retention of portfolio, to deliver innovative & profitable business model. Leading Fintech accelerator for the bank. Working on innovative models for sponsorship opportunities to generate revenue for the organization.
3. Collaborate with external partners (NPCI, Tech Service Providers, Fintech etc.) and internal teams (SDG, IT, Ops, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc.) for effective & secure solutioning for speedy go-live.
4. Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation, planning, vendor identification, co-creation with vendor / IT, go-live and future enhancements by working with a cross-functional team - IT, compliance, business, security, legal, finance etc.
5. Evaluate, negotiate commercials and finalize potential partnerships / partnership models from the third party tie-ups for possible integrations so as to build a business-line to grow the books in-organically through these tie-ups
6. Benchmark competitive experiences, analyze business growth and customer behavior to define & implement a roadmap of improvements that ensure leadership in each of its categories.
7. Build relationships with incubators, accelerators, academia, service suppliers, professional services firms, start-ups, venture capitalists, regulators and government institutions within the industry.
Core Competencies:
8. Functional Expertise: Specific and relevant functional expertise is a must. Deep understanding of banking products is required. Understanding of Banking processes and end to end knowledge of banking interlinked systems (Core banking, Card Host, Switch etc.).
9. Domain expertise in UPI and value added services (Bill pay, DBT etc.). is added advantage.
10. Strategic Thinker: Understands the overall ambitions/ strategy of the organization, and how the ambitions can be realized
11. Good execution skills: Able to implement strategies by thinking through steps of implementation, taking operational decisions, and putting personal effort as needed.
12. Analytical and problem solving skills: Able to analyze/process vast amounts of data and information and gain insights to enable business acceleration. Able to dissect a problem into parts, prioritize issues, find data necessary to support analysis and come out with creative and practical solutions for implementation
