About Company:
CMS IT Services is a leading IT infrastructure services provider in India. The company offers Digital Solutions, Cloud Environment Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud Data Management, Hyperautomation and more.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors, customers, clients and internal, delivery, TA, sales and marketing teams.
- Execute, monitor and report on sales performance.
- Own, manage and coach sales team for growth and sustenance.
- Spearhead and develop the annual sales plans for the northern region of India.
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Use farming and hunting techniques to add to the sales pipeline and eventually convert those deals.
Other Major Qualifications: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team. Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of IT infrastructure services Familiarity with digital solutions, cloud environment management, cybersecurity, and cloud data management Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field Must have closer association with the following attributes: Location - Delhi NCR (North India Region)
- Total Experience 15+ years Team handling experience for at least 4 - 5 years. This will be Individual Role + Team handling role in future (Appreciation for this proposition) Relevant Industry Experience with mid to larger IT Services companies/set up and strong leaning towards the India IT market and passion to drive growth in this region.
- Someone with Relevant Exp into the following: - IT Infra managed services. - DCDR - End user services and computing - Application managed services from the EUC perspective - Products and Licenses - Cybersecurity Must have around 10+ years of experience in growing and working closely on Captive Accounts/GCC/GIC business.
- Must leverage existing relationships with GCC/GIC captive clients to scale up new business vertical from scratch. Should be able to work as Individual contributor while managing a team as well.
