- Leave and Attendance management
- Designing and implementation of HR Policies
- Monthly dashboard
- HR Analytics and Reporting, responsible for HR metrics - Headcount report, attrition report, exit analysis, Organization structure
- Managing HR Audit
- Background verification check
- Reference verification management
- Police verification certificate tracking for all new employees and publishing fortnightly reports
- Employee ID card creation and distribution to employees
- Vendor management and payments
- Employee benefits
- HRIS Management and UAT & implementation
- HR Automation
- Statutory compliance PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, POSH, etc.
- NAPS Registration, on-boarding, claims and reimbursements
- BR verification and BR automation
- Letter generation Appointment, termination, contract
- Headcount provision
- Coordination with Regional HR, Govt. Officials and multiple stakeholders for timely resolution of issues
