Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Management:

- Lead, motivate, and empower a team of branch staff to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.

- Delegate tasks effectively, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure staff development.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

- Verify daily operation records for accuracy and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Implement strategies to continuously improve operational efficiencies and minimize costs.

- Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Customer Service & Cash Operations:

- Oversee the smooth operation of ATM, Cash Deposit Products (CDP), and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) services.

- Ensure seamless customer service delivery and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Interface effectively with regional operations managers, service providers, banks, clients, and other regional teams.

- Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders regarding branch operations and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue growth

- Operational efficiency metrics (e.g. , transaction processing time, error rates)

- Customer satisfaction ratings

- Compliance adherence

- Team performance and development

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in branch operations management or a similar leadership role.

- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve challenging goals.

- Strong understanding of branch operations, cash management procedures, and regulatory compliance within the industry.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
