About Company: CMR Green Technologies Limited" is India's largest producer of Aluminium and Zinc die-casting alloys with a combined annual capacity of over approx 4,18,000 MT per annum.

CMR, which recycles aluminium scrap to make alloy, has 28-30 percent market share in India and is nearly three times larger than its nearest competitor.

We are having strong presence at PAN India level (North, West & South) with 13 manufacturing units, 5000 strong workforce and supplies to major automotive industry in India including tier one OEM's like Maruti Suzuki , Honda Cars , Bajaj Auto , Hero MotoCorp and Royal Enfield Motors.

Position: Sales and Marketing- Key Accounts Manager

Designation: DM/ Manager / Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reporting to: Lead - Sales and Marketing

Qualifications:

Essential: Candidate should have full time degree in commerce or Engineering Graduate or Business Administration, or related field from reputed Institute.


Desired: MBA / PG Diploma in Management.

Experience: Proven experience (5 + years) in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity as a Key Account Management KAM).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- This position plays a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our business by managing and expanding relationships with our most important clients.

- The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that key accounts receive exceptional service, meet their strategic needs, and achieve mutual business goals.

- The Position Holder will act as the main point of contact for these high-value clients, strategically guiding them through our product offerings and solutions to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Major job includes:


- Handling of Current Key Customer Account - OEM + Auto Ancillary

- Collaborate with Sales Coordinators and Head of Sales with respect to all filings, entries, bill creations and other documents to complete the process.

- Maintain and update all the sales accounting reports including all the receivables, overdoes etc and help Sales coordinators take corrective action in case of escalations.

- Make debit and credit notes against customers and coordinate with accounts team for the processing of the same.

- Acquire New Accounts - OEMs/ Auto Ancillary/Non- Auto Segment.

- Responsible for End-to-End Sales Process

- Collate and analyze data received from imports and sales to create reports for Management's consumption.

- Work on all the reporting metrics, report creations and documents for reviews across all platforms

- Liaising with customers

- Management Reporting/MIS/Internal Reporting
