- Internal control includes following main items
- Expense review, approval, accrual, and relative analysis (fixed expense, variable expense and relevant driver analysis);
- The cost control related to accommodation and transportation is the most important.
- Fixed Assets procurement review (Capex), ROI and relevant efficiency analysis, process defintion for FA transfer, scrap and desposition;
- Control and analysis for Inventory, WO Cost, COGS vs. Sales, KPIs (Attrition, Floor Stock, PPV, Duty, etc.);
- Month end closing and reporting.
- P&L analysis
- Rolling forecast
- P&L accrual
- P&L actual data collection, analysis and review
- Analysis for Retained Profit, profit analysis per unit, key idexes, etc.
- Performance review and appraisal
It's to review and appraisal the operation performance, mornally based on the agreed indexes and criterials. Now it's handled by CM Group team currently.
Preferred skills:
- Good at Cost/Expense experience;
- Familiar with India local tax regulations and specific task details;.
- Experience in ERP functions and system operations (SAP experience is the 1st priority);
- Good communication skills and styles.
- The candidate should have the working experience in Manufacturing industry.
- The electronic manufacturing industry will be the 1st priority.
