Job Description:


Primary Responsibilities but not limited to:


- Assist the CTO in ensuring the efficient operation of all linked teams/departments. Streamline processes to allow the executive team to perform well with external and internal stakeholders.


- Make yourself a force multiplier. Make the CTO's schedule accessible and available. When the CTO is unavailable, an effective stand-in representation is needed - at both crucial internal and customer meetings.


- Incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CTO, especially those of a sensitive or confidential nature, are researched, prioritised, and followed up on. Chooses the best course of action, referral, or response.


- Responsibilities include transcribing, editing, and disseminating minutes on time while assuring accuracy and clarity. Maintain meticulous records of meeting sessions, including decisions and action points.


- Prioritises competing demands; handles matter quickly and aggressively; and sees projects through to completion, typically under time constraints.


Secondary Responsibilities :


- Follow up and tracks reports to be received by CTO from management staff.


- Works closely and effectively with the CTO to keep him up to date on impending commitments and tasks and follows up as needed. Acts as a "barometer," keeping the CTO informed of difficulties occurring in the business environment across locations and levels.


Work Experience :


- Preferred 7+ Years and above in similar profile.


- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders such as personnel, board members, and external partners are required.


- Expert writing and vocal communication abilities.


- Proactive problem-solving approaches with good decision-making abilities were demonstrated.


- Highly resourceful team player with the capacity to work independently as well.


- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adjust to competing demands, and provide the best customer/client service and response.


- Ability to fulfil deadlines and accomplish high performance goals in a fast-paced setting.
