- Setting up process for field collection team for PAN India presence.

- Delegation of responsibilities based on location, bucket and DPD.

- Coordinating with different departments and clients providing best in class service.

- Overseeing the overall field collection operation.

- Setting up goals and targets for the reporting funnel.

- Getting the required approvals and implementation of various certifications and processes as required by business partners.

- Ensuring the overall target achievement as per the business collection projections.

- Proposing cost effective processes and policies for the team.

- Formulation and implementation of company policies on recovery.

- Creating and implementing a strategy to achieve and improve the collection outstanding.

- Setting up and preparing tracking processes for daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly collection reports.

- Regularly training, mentoring and motivating direct reportees from various zones and locations in the team.
