Core Responsibilities :
Cluster Sales Manager (CSM), Green would have dual focus :
- Drive sales from existing users of cold chain,
- Drive F&V Sales - The big growth driver for us.
- A CSM would be expected to develop and handle a sales book of Rs 50 Cr+ in his / her cluster through both hunting new clients and farming existing accounts.
- CSM is purest form of sales experience where he / she would be directly leading the sales effort at clients and given the transformation impact we create at our clients, CSMs would need to engage at senior management level of our clients
- CSM is required to interact with large no. of traders and farm growers to drive adoption of cold chain in F&V segment
- On account of being closest to clients / market, CSMs would be expected to suggest and lead the development of new products
Qualifications :
Education :
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA college + Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
Years of experience : 4 - 8 (Preferably Industrial B2B sales/ Pharma Sales)
Professional attributes :
- Prior external stake holder management / sales experience
- Experience in engaging with senior clients / external stake holders
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
Personal attributes :
- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
- Person should have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
