Job Description - Cluster Sales Manager
Exp : 8+ years in mortgage sales, with min of 3-4 years of experience in team management role.
- Excellent team management and multi-tasking record.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for business numbers in the desirable yield
- Ensure the fulfilment of manpower in sales for the cluster -tap ensure on-boarding
- Training the resource and align to the policy /practices
- Ensure continuous travel to the branches and take charge of the over-all branch performance
- Regular training in the cluster to the sales/ cross -functional teams
- Managing the over-all collections data of the cluster and see if the proper follow ups and allocations are followed
- Responsible for the entire sales/collections of the cluster
- Ensure development of the connector channel in the cluster
- Monitoring branch wise productivity and review them weekly basis
- Do field visit with the team s to understand the atypical market differentiations
- Ensure periodical visit of the property and assets funded from time to time
- Ensure to promote any other product of the organisation as and when there is a demand
- Ensure that the stipulated product policy in terms of legal/technical is adhered
- Ensure to develop channels in the cluster and monitor their productivity through Branch managers
- Ensure sales productivity of the BM and RO through continuous marketing activities and lead generations
- Ensure the collection efficiency
