Job Responsibilities:
1. A CSM would be expected to develop and handle a sales book of Rs 100 Cr+ in his / her cluster through both - hunting- new clients and - farming- existing accounts..
2. CSM is purest form of sales experience where he / she would be directly leading the sales effort at clients and given the transformation impact we create at our clients CSMs would need to engage at senior management level of our clients
3. On account of being closest to clients / market, CSMs would be expected to suggest and lead the development of new products
4. CSMs would be leading a team of Client Success Associates (CSAs) for day-to- day operations coordination at their respective clients
Professional attributes :
- Prior external stake holder management / sales experience
- Experience in engaging with senior clients / external stake holders
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
Personal attributes :
- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
- Person should have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
