Currently we have an opportunity with one of the fastest growing Logistics Company for the position of Cluster Sales Manager.

Job Location : West,East,North & South India.

Qualifications :

Education :

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE)

+

IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)

Min 70% marks through out

Professional attributes :

- Prior B2B sales experience

- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales

- Experience in new business development

Core Responsibilities :

This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in the entire cluster.

1. Achievement of sales targets for the clusters

a. New business development

b. Retention of existing business

i. Maintaining existing client relationships

ii. Ensuring 100% reviews of service with existing customers on service performance

iii. Growing business from existing clients

2. Maintain quality of business (yield)

3. Maintaining credit days and on time collections

4. Team performance

Personal attributes :

- Looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.

- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.

- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor his/her team.
