Job Description:

1.Complete responsibility of business numbers of the cluster

2.Providing support to sales team in achieving the targets with the help of telesales executive & fulfillment executive. Coordinate with the cluster head to make sure that there are no gaps in support from the sales team.

3.Continuous training of sales teams on products & processes to get maximum output

4. Aligning the activities in line with bank activities to maximize business numbers

5.Conducting sales camps for sales - address a group of clients at one go to open trading accounts

6.Focusing on HNI client acquisition

7.Coordinate with sales process team w.r.t. processing of account opening forms

8.Coordinate with account activation team to achieve targeted activation levels

9.Daily monitoring and reporting of business numbers

10.Maintaining the work standards across team members
