Job Title- Cluster Manager - Unsecured Business Loan

Reporting To : Zonal Manager

Department : RETAIL SALES

Location- Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. To set up and manage DSA Sales Team in respective locations.

2. Achievement of Business Targets & financials for Unsecured Loans and any other Product/assigned responsibility that the company may enter into. Overlooking Day to day target achievement for team

3. Team Handling - Managing a team of RO (Relationship Officers)

4. Relationship Management - with internal & external stakeholders, including Product, Operations, Credit, DSAs, TW dealerships, Financial Aggregators etc.

5. Maintaining the Basic SOP (policies / Processes) & Hygiene, laid down by the company.

6. Controlling the FEMI, SEMI, TEMI of each loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned Location.

7. To develop special products & programs based on market requirements in close co-ordination with Product Team

8. To identify process gaps and suggest process changes & enablers

9. To ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience

10. Presentation to Senior Management on location performance & way ahead.

11. Ensure that all the cases are First Time Right.

12. To specifically educate the customer not to bounce his EMIs

13. To handle any customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to the loan disbursal.

14. To ensure integrity of the team.

Education Minimum- Graduate

Work Experience- 8-10 yrs Direct / DSA Selling Experience is preferable for Unsecured Loans

Team handling experience of 2-3 yrs.

Primary Skill Excel - vlookup, pivot, other shortcuts MIS preparation & Management
