Hiring for the position of Area Manager with a leading MNC Restaurant

Location: Chennai

Role: Area Manager/Cluster Manager

Experience: Min 3+ Years as a Area Manager

Job Description:

- Manage People so that they are engaged and achieve their work objectives.

- Manage Operations so that business objectives for each of the Casas are met in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and the Brand's Standards.

- Manage Brand & Customer so that the integrity of the Brand is maintained across all the Casas and Customers keep coming back for more.

- Manage Finance so that targets for each Casa are achieved without compromising on quality or the Brand's Values.

- Manage Place so that the environment in every Casa for both Customers and Brand is in line with Health & Safety legislation and the Brand Standards.

- Participate as an active member of the Operations team to help the team achieve its goals.

Qualification:

- A hospitality and/or business related qualification is an advantage as is previous management development training.

Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years' restaurant management experience and previous experience in running more than one restaurant. Previous experience in opening a new restaurant is an advantage.
