Cluster Manager - Operations - Online Logistics Firm - IIT/BITS/NSIT

Opening for the role of a Cluster Manager with a leading Online logistics firm.

Job Location : Jaipur/ Kolkata/ Coimbatore

Looking for candidates from Top B-Schools / IIT/ NIT/ BITs / NSIT / DCE

Core Responsibilities : Operations leadership role.

- PnL responsibility at cluster level

- Operational Unit set up and expansion in the cluster initially

- Ensuring cost control and optimization

- Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Operational KPIs

- Execution of operational plans

- Managing daily operations - Processing Centers, Branches, First Mile and last mile network, business partners

- Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes at PC, branches and terminals 8. Build, train, manage the team's performance

Professional attributes :

- Experience in having managed and controlled factories in a manufacturing a set up

- Hands on experience of implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs

- Ability to build, manage, train and coach a large ops team (- 100 people at various levels)

- Ability to handle crisis situations
