Job Role:
- Interact regularly with Branch Managers/Branch Sales Managers/ Sales Staff to set targets & achieve required sales.
- Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Branch Manager in presentation & selling skills.
- Make joint calls with sales team, if required.
- Training for competence development of Branch Managers /Branch Sales Managers.
- Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.
- Work closely with the Regional /Zonal Manager for developing sales strategies
- Driving Sales Processes
- Ensure the flow of accurate and complete information for customer proposals
- Ensure processes within the steps-of-sale are managed effectively and efficiently
- Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.
- Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
- Achievement of targets: penetration and cross sell.
- To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under cluster.
- Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e.
- Contributed Value.Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses
- Employee Retention
- Employee Productivity
- Customer experience
- Manage TATs on credit & processing
- Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies
