Cluster Manager - Franchisee - Auto

One of our reputed Automotive client is looking for Cluster Franchisee Manager to grow the existing Service Network of the company. The company has ambitious growth plan for Service network expansion.

The candidate should have 5+ years experience in managing/ developing Service Workshops for Automotive company.

Qualification : BE with MBA preferred

The brief JD is given below:

1. Identifying area/ location for adding a Service workshops

2. Identifying Potential candidates. Deal with them in terms of implementing company standards for the workshops.

3. Appoint the Franchisee and complete all legal, Financial works in close coordination with concerned functions.

4. Ensure the company operating procedures are implemented

5. Manage the franchisee and help him achieve the target

6. Responsible for Loyalty collection from Franchisee
