Job : Cluster Manager

Area to look after : South India / West India

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) In the designated role as Cluster Manager, would be required to lead the management and execution of the business, both at the strategic and operational level

2) Lead the management business in the zone across multiple units at a strategic and operational level

- Lead and motivate the State managers and team to deliver the set targets.

- Deliver effective communication and information to keep the team motivated

- Plan and prioritize the week according to regional requirements

- Relationship building within the organization & with the channel partners

- Understand long-range requirements of the business partners and engage in strategic planning and partnering to ensure alignment

- Ability to continuously drive sales and improve the region/team/achievement

3) Supervise, coordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management

4) To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the zone across the regulatory spectrum, investors, promoters and competition

5) Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the P&L of the zone

6) Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company

7) To lead and engage with the human resources of the zone with the responsibility of their recruitment, training, and retention

KPIs :

1. Financial Performance : Revenue, Gross Margins, EBITDA, Working Capital

2. Operational Metrics : Sales Coverage, Asset Turnover, Logistics TAT

3. Stakeholder Management : Investor Management, Human Resource Retention, Regulatory Compliances.

4. Reporting : Financial MIS, Operational MIS to the Cluster Head of the Company

Desired Skills :

- Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities Open thinking and an ability to work in an unorganized sector

- Hands-On Operational Efficiency with ability to set and follow the process ; Sales and Distribution

- Experience will be an advantage Fluency in the local language is mandatory.

- Must have experience in managing south/west state.
