Cluster Manager

- Responsible for managing delivery hub operations ie. inbound operations, inventory.

- Control, Defects reductions (missing/wrong /expired/damage/tempered etc) reduction, Dump (damage/expiry/quality) control and reduction, optimum utilization, customer order fulfillment, NPS (Net promoter score >90%).

- Will be taking care of 8-10 delivery hub operations, driving order growth and profitability as per the budgets.

- Inbound operation (Managing and ensuring timely receiving/Putaway).

- Inventory control

- Cycle count adherence

- Damage/Expiry/Quality reduction

- Pending Putaway (Upto 6 hours)

- Bin/Inventory accuracy

- DEQ - CPO (cost per order)

- Maintaining various MIS reports, analyze and identifying areas of opportunity.

- Customer experience (Missing/wrong/expired/damage/melted reduction).

- Shrinkage reduction/Loss prevention by inventory reconciliation.

- People Management & continuous Training of employees.

- Guiding, mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in operations.
