Job Title: Cluster Manager - Centre Sales
Location: Pune
Age band: 31+yrs to 33yrs
Reports to: Regional Head (Sales)/ Zonal Head
Job Summary:
To manage the cluster profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up the center productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the productivity of cluster and centers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
2. The person will handle 6 to 8 centers independently and responsible for all matters related to center, that is, business development and sales in respected Centers motivate & drive the team towards defined Business Goals & achievement of Corp. plans.
3. Provide market information on sales.
4. Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the Center.
5. Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, cleanliness of the hub and center (as per the guidelines) and compliance on 5S for better realization.
6. Monitor individual & Team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations.
7. Initiating various sales campaign / promotions in their respective areas.
8. Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest possible product modifications / improvements to the Zonal Head.
9. Oversee and participate in development, expansion and management of consumer and business account relationships within the Cluster, concentrating efforts in meeting customer needs for financial service products, while ensuring full utilization of the customer relationship management system. Identify customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand these relationships; utilize sales programs to acquire new relationships.
10. Deliver business plan growth and income objectives; manage, coach and support branch employees on developing, managing and growing profitable customer relationships to support these efforts. Ensure Center meets and exceeds established sales and revenue goals while keeping expenses minimized.
Key Deliverables would include :
1. Ensure growth in terms of Nos. + Revenue + profitability
2. Achieve the product wise targets for the center as well as Cluster.
Qualification & experience :
1. MBA / PGDBM with 6 - 8 years of experience
Skill Set :
1. Confident & positive approach.
2. Team player.
3. Perform sales leadership functions for the Center, such as coaching, sales meetings and briefs.

5. Interpersonal Skills
6. Excellent Communication in English / Hindi / Local Language
