Job Description:

- Responsible for owning E2E business operations of the Product

- Drive customer KPIs and ensure smooth operations

- Manage the P&L of the given cluster

- Recommend programs and services by studying the changing needs of the city

- Identifying and anticipating community service trends

- Evaluating and offering options to the regional head, business head, supply chain head.

- Measures and tracks the metrics on a city level and takes measures in achieving city level targets

- Provides city services by establishing and improving a functional structure delegating authority.

- Responsible for handling and managing Product P&L

- Conceptualize & develop processes/SOP/workflow

- Improve product efficiency through tech enabled solutions and processes

- Build a strong relationship with customer/Liaison with internal stakeholders to improve the customer SLAs

- Deliver superlative customer experience through process innovation and improvement

- Drive business share and margin improvement portfolio across the operating location

- Develop people, process, and product across the operating locations

- Drive frugality, bias for action, customer focused aspects across the operating locations
