Anyone who has is selling any product or services to education sector for 7+ yrs.
Education : Btech / BE + MBA preferred.
Experience : 4+ years of experience into B2b, Corporate sales, client management, Enterprise sales, Large accounts handling..
Key Accountability :
- Under direction of Sales Head; responsible for implementing an aggressive sales plan and ensuring sales quotas are met and exceeded while surpassing client service expectations
- Seek and win profitable business contracts Country wide for Food Services business for large manufacturing accounts
- Ensure that Compass's budgeted/targeted revenues and GOPs are achieved.
- Represent Compass at all times in a professional and ethical manner
- Provide written reports on sales progress and other statistical analyses on a calendar month basis.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Sales Head and Regional Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
