Role purpose:

1.Drive Revenue and control Churn for the designated Clusters of the respective Circle.

2.Liaise with campaign manager to execute campaigns for these clusters / segments and deliver maximum conversions, incremental revenue and ROI through the campaigns.

3.Formulate and analyse the impact of all the Segmented offers to subs via different channels and using standard processes of the Customer Value Management

4.Establish clear learnings from the test methodology of Customer Value Management and accurately broad base the same.

5.Must bring the local circle insights into the Customer Value Management process at the time of execution.

Key Accountabilities

1.Develop a clear understanding of Micro- segmentation and its role in CVM: Ensure proper understanding of Micro Segmentation and its correlation to campaigns and impact on revenue and churn thereof.

2.Manage Churn and Revenue for assigned Cluster/s: Own and deliver impactful results on revenue enhancement and churn reduction for the assigned Cluster/s. Revenue to be managed across Data and Voice lines. Manage incremental revenue from segmented products across Data and Voice. Utilize platforms of communication and upsell / cross-sell judiciously.

3.Maximum and effective Utilisation of Campaign Platforms Chordiant & Flytxt: Work closely with the circle campaign managers, helping them define the U&R campaigns across channels. Managing campaign risk and prioritise campaigns in accordance with strategic importance and commercial opportunity.

4.CVM Processes & Practices: Inculcate the CVM processes in self / peers and be the champions to drive the change across other marketing fraternity. Adhere to the process at all times in order to generate incremental business gain.

5.Reporting and Monitoring of Campaigns Ensure complete and robust reporting on campaigns run across all channels, focusing on ROI for standard channels/ platform and innovation for new media.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Post Graduate

- Prior Revenue Management experience

- Process Oriented with good analytical ability

- Ability to coordinate across departments including technical teams

- Good understanding of systems & technology with good communication and presentation skills
