Note: We are urgently looking for candidates who have broad experience in Investment Portfolio management & advisory along with managing direct team of people under him.

Individual Contributor is not required.

Position: Cluster Head

Company : Renowned & Popular Wealth Management organization

Experience : -7- 12 Years

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Qualification: - Any graduate / MBA will be preferred

CTC : 15-20 LPA

Joining: As soon as possible

Industry Experience required: BFSI (Wealth management products experience is a must)

Candidate must have good stability in career. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Mandatory Skills :

- Knowledge of Capital Markets.

- Managing team of Wealth Managers.

- Worked on Wealth Products viz. Insurance, MF, AIFs, PMS etc.

- Client's Investment Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible to drive the business targets for himself and his team.

- Efficiently manage the client portfolio mapped to him and his team.

- Recruit and align team of Wealth Managers to the overall Organization goals and objectives.

- Delivering top notch servicing standards to the clients mapped to his team.

- Reviewing client portfolio on time to time basis and suggesting best products and investments suiting the client's profile.

- Assisting the team on clients portfolio migration and rebalancing so as to optimize the portfolio performance.
