Cluster Head - Wealth
Exp : 5 to 12 years
Job Purpose :
- The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them , also supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTC.
Key Deliverables :
- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive.
- Sales in the Mumbai region.
- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness.
- Motivate and direct the sales team.
- Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor.
- Engage in brand building exercises by focusing on the research based strength of the company.
Role Requirements :
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFI
Experience : 10+ Years in Sales
Domain Knowledge :
IT Skills :
- Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services.
- Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.
Experience :
- 5+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/ Must be from Wealth Platform or banking background.
