Role - Cluster Head - Wealth Management

Location: Multiple (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar)

Role and Responsibility

1) The incumbent would be responsible for the managing his book of Affluent/HNI's Investment Portfolio's also guiding and supporting his team to achieve their revenue targets.

2) Responsible for acquiring clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.

Experience: 10+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/ must be from Wealth Platform or banking background.

Skills:

- Having steady book of Existing Relationships with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients.

-Thorough understanding of Industry Practices and Processes. Mutual Funds, AIF/PMS, Bonds, Listed/Unlisted Stocks, Insurance and Estate Planning

-Industry connects, Team Building and Recruitments.

- Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in any stream

-Experience: 10+ Years in Sales, Team handling and Wealth Management

- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the region

- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness, sales discipline and compliance.

- Motivate and direct the sales team on acquisition and maintaining client relationships and AUM.

- Engage in brand building exercises by focusing on the research based strength of the company
