About our Client - Our client is a leading Private Bank with strong growth across consumer and corporate banking business and rapidly expanding footprints in India. They have shown growth of over 30% quarter on quarter for last 5 years. Due to strong growth in their consumer business, they are looking to recruit experienced wealth managers with team leading experience to drive wealth RMs to sell wealth, liability and mortgage products to HNI customers across Delhi/NCR.

Job Description - Managing a team of 10 - 12 RMs across premier and wealth businesses, the role involves:

- Driving the sales targets and key performance indicators, in the premier & advanced teams across Delhi and Noida.

- Develop sales strategies and implement sales plans at branch scale to achieve targets.

- Managing and mentoring team members to achieve individual targets.

- Co-ordinate with the product team & key mutual fund and insurance partners for the business development and up-skilling of the RMs.

- Co-ordination with central teams for sales tracking performance management.

- Inculcate audit and compliance awareness within the team .

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate should be a CA/MBA qualified professional. He must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in liability/ wealth management sales and team management.
