Cluster Head - Small Finance Bank

Designation: Cluster Head

Experience: 8-15 years.

Location: Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

- In addition to leading a results-driven team, your responsibilities include overseeing the profitability of the cluster, hitting sales targets, maintaining excellent client relations and service, and making sure that banking policies, rules, and procedures are followed.

- Have complete control over branch oversight and all cluster-banking objectives.

- Create business and cross-sell opportunities to guarantee that the overall Branch Targets are met.

- Managing important client relationships and overseeing high-net-worth client programs.

- Ensure that every part of the Branch Sales model works as intended; - Managing Complaints.

- Examine the Cluster Operations Report.

- Coordinate product-level branch merchandising with marketing.

- Ensure that staff members understand the company's goals.
