We are hiring for Cluster Head - Sales for the real estate industry. The company offers the strategic solutions to leading real estate developers for managing sales and marketing for their projects.

Job Location : Vasai - Virar - Mumbai

Experience : 8 years relevant experience in real estate

Qualification : post graduate / MBA - marketing,

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing the team of Sales Managers and executives

- Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the team and sales conversion targets

- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

- Developing and Maintaining the healthy & long term relationship with Builders partners

- Active participation in deal closures

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly cluster level sales plan

- Recruit and train sales managers for city expansion

Desired Candidate & Skills :

- Prior team management experience

- Strong sales background in an individual capacity

- Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills

- B2C sales experience is preferred
