Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO of the pharmaceutical business this person will be responsible :
- Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within an organization. To develop areas such as sales management, product development, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research, and customer service.
- Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies of an organization.
- Increase revenue generation, perform risk mitigation and prepare overall marketing strategy
- Implement and manage Marketing and Sales budget
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
- Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy.
- Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.
- Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth
- Develop and measure key metrics around the business and Customer satisfaction.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Sales & Business Development:
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories ñ Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
The Successful Candidate:
Required expertise and knowledge:
- Knowledge of Conventional and Modern day Strategies of Marketing
- Knowledge of Sales Planning and Developing Budgets
- Should possess excellent Leadership Skills
- Handled a team size of atleast 400 employees
- Expertize in handling Sales and Marketing of multiple Business Units
- Ability to Envisage better and newer avenues for Promotions.
