Cluster Head
Purpose:
- Prepare, Implement and monitor strategies to achieve targeted sales, TP and increase market share at zonal level on sustainable basis by implementing policies, schemes & introducing products to meet customer expectations. Strategically build Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.
- Key Decisions on introduction / discontinuation of products
- Decision on Appointment and discontinuation of ZD/AD
- Decisions on Schemes and Incentive structure.
- Take decision on job rotation, employee development, promotion recommendation, disengaging non- performers and manpower planning.
- Working Relation Establish effective relationship with National / Regional Sales Head to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Work closely with marketing department for advertising / branding / publicity support at Zonal level.
- Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of channel are settled within time.
- Establish effective relationships with all Service departments
- Close relationship with Channel Partners and Sales Team to understand the market needs and challenges
- Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
