- They are building an ecosystem for the usage of the payment product. This ecosystem is made of partners of different categories, right from partnering with a bank, to getting a merchant like Big Bazaar or Flipkart on board or working with companies in the POS/mPOS space etc.

The prime focus of this role will be to take the responsibilities around :

- Will be responsible for driving sales strategy from top to bottom and will engage with various stakeholders for execution of the same

- Responsible for delivering sales revenue and profitability for the designated cluster

- In-depth understanding of channel and business drivers, to retain and grow existing accounts

- Understand customers' key business drivers and supports the team for creating a profitable business

- Managing high-volume partners with respect to implementation and execution of marketing activities

- Attract & train manpower to improvise the productivity of sales team

- Suggest & execute BTL activities for acquisition of merchants

- Provide timely & structured feedback - operator, user & competitors

- Define norms for channel penetration for the targeted geographies

- Conduct market mapping in the select geographies to scope distribution potential and width capacity.

- Drive channel on boarding basis selection criteria to ensure quality.

- Build channel capability through delivery of training to channel partner. Deploy merchandise to create visibility for brand at the point of sale.

- Recruit, train and manage a hi-performing team of Sales Managers

Candidate Profile :

- Should have a go-getter attitude and have excellent number crunching skills

- An excellent team builder and motivator

- Superior analytical skills to analyze any scenario in macro and micro perspective

- Good communication skills both spoken and written are a must

- Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and MS Project
