Candidate's having working experience with Bank's only as Branch Manager / Sr.Branch Manager / Branch Head / Sr.Branch Head in retail branch banking focusing on liabilities business need to apply.

Candidates working as Cluster Branch Manager /Head for retail liabilities business can apply.

Responsible for the overall supervision of Cluster of Retail Branches and smooth functioning of Retail branch banking activities for all the products and services being offered to the customers.

- Upkeep of the Branches and ATM's.

- Managing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management.

- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch.

- Ensuring Branch headcount's budget to be maintained.

- Ensuring Role clarity of employees in the branch.

- Compiling with Bank's policies and processes.

- Ensuring timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns.

- Ensuring comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services.

- Ensuring Audit-related deliverable both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms
