Position Description:

- The position holder shall be responsible for heading a servicing cluster with a vision to build the best of client experiences and drive Business growth through Renewals and Upsells.

Requirements:

- MBA or any equivalent degree from Top tier colleges like IIMs, MDI, IIFT, FMS, NMIMS, S Jain, IMT

- 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in client servicing and sales Prior team handling experience will be preferred

Job Summary:

- Client Experience ; Leading the servicing cluster and ensuring a WOW client service experience

- Revenue ; Owning the P&L for the entire cluster, and looking for newer opportunities to drive revenue maximization and higher upsells

- Team ; Build and drive highly motivated teams through team grooming, engagement and retention

- Feedbacks ; In-depth client interaction and process insights gathering to share process and product feedbacks with internal stakeholders

- Solutions ; Data and client voice-based insights driven approach to design new best-in-class servicing solutions, and ensuring implementation of the same in the cluster
