Role

We are looking for an Experienced Sales professional from a Pharma background to handle Sales&Marketing for multiple segments with total Field staff strength of 2700 plus including MR, ABM, RBM, ZBM & Marketing

Reporting: Director

CTC: 1 to1.5 Cr

Key Responsibilities :


- The incumbent will be responsible for meeting the agreed and committed topline plans for the year for each category brand and beating market share objectives

- Driving a P&L (top line and bottom line) double-digit growth

- Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved

- Collaborating with the product development team to implement product modifications or improvements to the product line.

- Accountable for budgeting, business planning, and salesforce organization.

- Maintaining control of the operating budget, delivering both top line and bottom line

- Leading commercial discussions with Business Development teams to forge new opportunities or initiate new business teams to develop product supply and delivery

- Overseeing the development of sales processes and pricing models

- Developing and implementing short and long-range sales and marketing plans

- Life Cycle management which anticipates and serves a customer need solution approach for key brands

- Assuring that all assigned personnel have the appropriate training and qualification to perform all duties and responsibilities

- Formulating marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit

- Identifying new markets, customers and geographies, and applications to assure volume growth

- Observing and promoting all company's compliance and local country regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations, rules, and procedures established by the Company, and notifying any violation or deviation to the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority

- Motivating marketing and sales staff. Coaching and mentoring subordinates and appraising subordinate performance

- Complying with own training requirements to perform duties of own job.

Desired Criteria :

- A candidate with 20+ years of experience in the Pharma and Consumer Industry is preferred

- Knowledge of the Nutraceutical Business would be added advantage

- P&L role with larger business is preferred.
