Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs and Advisors.
- Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of ADRMs and advisors.
- Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently.
- Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
- Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
- Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
- Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors.
Measures Of Success:
- New Business Premium Sourced.
- Advisor Activation & Productivity month on month.
- Cross-Sell Conversion.
- Meeting Persistency standards.
- ADRMs meeting standards.
- Adhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standards.

- Advisors.

Desired qualification and experience:
- Degree with 5+ years of experience, minimum experience of insurance sector 3 years.
- Proven Sales Track Record in Insurance, preferably Life Insurance.
- Experience in a cross-sell sales team.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations.
- Familiarity with skills in supervision & development of teams, strong networking.
- Org Chart: Vertical Head -> Regional Manager -> Cluster Head -> Advisor Development and Retention Manager
