- Conversion rate, product mix, persistency, hiring & retention of team and a high % of executives exceeding planned productivity standard.
- Build progressive partnership with the stakeholders in the bank at Cluster and Branch level.
- Ensure Business Plans are discussed & agreed with Cluster Head on monthly basis & ensuring key actions are executed and reviewed.
- Drive sales for the cluster as per assigned target, identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews & give constructive feedback to ensure outcome is achieved.
- Daily updates in alignment with Clusters of focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the parameters.
- Anticipate training needs for the Bank's seller, create learning opportunities to upskill & spread awareness of our line of products.
- Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.
- Experience is 1-3 years.
