Looking for a sales professional (liabilities products) for an NBFC based out of Nagpur
Job Description
- Overall review of the progress of Liabilities
- Train and coach, get feedback, influence sales
- To take inputs for design of New Products
- Constant interaction to influence sales
- To take inputs on customer insights
- To take inputs for design of Strategic initiatives and review implementation of ongoing initiatives
KRAs :
- Business Monitoring and Review
- Budgeting
- Managing the product development cycle from conceptualization till launch of new products
- Partnering with Strategic IT and businesses to design and launch new products and modify existing products
- Monitoring customer satisfaction with regard to new products and ensure delivery of value added products and services
- Developing and rolling out product policies. Working closely with Marketing and Credit Risk teams and contributes actively to product/policy manual.
- Ensuring new products are compliant
- Ensuring that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures
- Ability to drive sales in the field with branch managers, regional managers and zonal managers to achieve results
