Key Responsibilities- Drive the Liabilities business pan India for JFS (Jana Bank)

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal Purpose of the Interaction Frequency
Corporate Regional Head Badhti Bachat Overall review of the progress of Liabilities Weekly Zonal Heads, Regional Heads Train and coach, get feedback, influence sales Weekly Business Heads, Zonal Heads To take inputs for design of New Products Six monthly Regional and Branch Heads. Constant interaction to influence sales Weekly Jana Urban Foundation team. To take inputs on customer insights. As required for prod develop. Field staff To take inputs for design of Strategic initiatives and review implementation of ongoing initiatives quarterly
External Purpose of the Interaction Frequency:
Industry Bodies Brand building, Business Intelligence & Personal Development Quarterly Vendors / Channel Partners Selection and negotiation, onboarding and supervising delivery as per laid down standards As required, review at least Monthly customers CRM, Customer insights, providing strategic inputs to Zone and Corporate, gaining customer insights Quarterly
