Duties and Responsibility :
- Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, segments and trends
- Achieve sales growth in the designated territory in line with vision and strategy and identify / convert new opportunities with particular focus.
- Handling key accounts and New Business Development
- Develop support tools to build individual customer strategies.
- To ensure performance vs. plan is maximised
- Market competitor analysis
- Maintain relationships with customers and participate in customer meetings
- Leads resolution of market and customer challenges
- Market price expertise within category
- Continuous Review of Market performance versus the annual plan and budget with creation of action plans to address under performance
- Monthly Performance Dashboard to track progress, with year-end projections
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Full responsibility to achieve and exceed the agreed plan.
- Involve with customer service to ensure forecast is updated and achieved on an on-going basis
- Key account Management: KAM process to be clearly understood and deployed for regional and other account that you are directly responsible.
- Sales and other reports: Responsible to provide all commercial reports within the deadline. Sales force tool to be used for identifying all opportunities
