- Empanelment of IFAs based on Eligibility criteria designed by the company.
- Supporting IFAs in terms of Joint calls/Training programs etc. for driving sales and meet the revenue target from the mapped IFA's
- Providing continuous support to the IFAs on day on day
- Drive IFA Engagement process
- Timely Resolution of IFA's queries
- To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
- For evaluation of vendors, negotiation of rates with selected IFA & monitoring execution of the commissioned projects.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue & meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly & monthly goals.
- Reviewing regional expenses & recommending improvements.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish & execute a goal for the region.
- Planning, evaluating & optimizing operations to be efficient & cost effective.
- Ensuring company standards & procedures are followed.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports & legal actions.
