Cluster Head - Home Loans & Loan Against Property

Our client is a reputed Home Loans Company. They conduct business through Branches at various top cities. A cluster of Branches is headed by Cluster Heads who report directly to Head Office. We are looking for Cluster Heads at various locations with the following broad responsibilities :

The Cluster Head will monitor and guide the branches to secure more business and reduction in NPA/SMA accounts i.e. business development and recovery of cluster branches.

Primary additional functions being assigned to Cluster Heads will be only the Business Development, Recovery and overall quality growth of the business of the cluster.

The Broad Functions of the Cluster Head

1] Planning and budgeting the business through a cluster of Branches located at various cities

2] Marketing of various products of the company aggressively through advertisement, meetings and any other suitable mode.

3] Policy Papers, Performance Road Maps, Vision Documents etc. for the growth of business and monitoring their implementation.

4] Evolving reward systems for best performing Branches. Overseeing the operations of a cluster of offices.

5] Asset Liability Management, Risk Management, Brand building, Brand management, publicity, and advertising including writing brand building articles and write-ups on the company.

6] Managing sponsorship of / participation in events, exhibitions etc.

7] Periodical visits, once in a half year (once a month for local branches and once in quarter to outstation branches ) to the branches in their respective clusters for securing business/ recovery of chronic NPA accounts and for effective monitoring and submit a report to Registered Office.

8] Coordinating with branches for marketing/recovery of chronic default/ NPA accounts/ meeting of potential clientele/ Reputed companies / Govt. Offices etc.

9] Guiding and hand holding of new branches/SOs for quality growth/timely turnaround to enhance the quality of sanction by the branches.

10] Arranging BMC/Quarterly review of Cluster branches.

11] Cluster head will have additional function of liaison with Government authority, Regulatory bodies etc. wherever applicable / required.

12] Any other function(s) delegated by Registered Office from time to time.

Preference for candidates who have managed cluster of Branches and are locationally mobile
