- The group has diversified into the education segment and is running two schools. The schools are part of one of the largest private school chains in India. The schools have a flourishing family of 350 teachers and 6500 students. The leadership team at the helm of the company has demonstrable experience in financial services and has built the company by upholding the trust of its customers.

- As a Cluster Head-Corporate Agency (Insurance), you will be handling Nodal offices in the region mapped in the cluster, develop and manage a team of Agency Managers

What you will do :

- Generating business for the company from the cluster of Agency allotted

- Understanding corporate agency dynamics in given territory and formulate strategies

- Managing the Team members & Agents Team & Tracking performance

- Training & Motivating Team members & agents and ensuring their productivity

- Helping Team to Identify and Recruit Potential Agents

- Driving them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement

- Meeting Potential Agents on regular basis along with Team member

- Working closely with various Internal Stakeholders like Underwriting Team, Claims Team

- Working closely with Senior Management

Desired Candidate Profile

- What you need to have:

- Minimum 8yrs of Experience in Insurance Sales-Corporate Agency

- Team Handling / Team Management

- Need candidates only from Corporate Agency vertical who are into Life / General Insurance.

- Minimum experience should be 5+ years Team handling role ( 7-8 direct reporters )
