Roles & Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of strategic planning and risk management, public affairs, policy landscape, stakeholder relationships

- Understanding of traditional and social media landscapes

- A clear understanding of the governmental setup and its functioning including local self-governance, block-level, sub-division and district level, state level, regulatory bodies like FSSAI, BIS, Pollution Control Board, Ground Water Authority etc.

- Knowledge of issues and trends in the packaging industry and broader social, economic, political, and environmental landscape

- Excellent written and communication skills including expertise in negotiations

- Issue handling and crisis management

- Above par people management skills

- Extensive knowledge of local cultures, people behaviours, political dynamics and affiliations

- Strong networking skills - familiarity across NGOs, state governments, academia, industries

- Knowledge of multiple languages, is an advantage
