A leading consumer durables retail company based in Gujarat is looking for Cluster Head for the Gujarat region. The candidate would be reporting directly to the CEO.

Designation: Cluster Head - Gujarat

Reporting: CEO

CTC: 10-12 Lac

Exp: 6-7 years

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in management

Location: Ahmedabad

Duties:

- Handle 20 retail stores

- Responsible for Sales and Marketing

- Recruit store managers and other staff members

- Ensure best-in-class Visual Merchandising
